following
sections apply
to those players
wanting to play
Recreational
Soccer.
For those
players that
have completed
tryouts and are
selected to play
on a “Select”
team, you will
be provided the
Registration
packets by your
Coach.
The Coach will
be responsible
for submitting
the completed
team packets to
the Select
Registrar.
Whether the
player is on a
Recreational or
Select team, the
EYSC
requirements,
items needed for
registration,
and refund
process are the
same.
Please note that
the standard
registration fee
is
$80.00 for a
Recreational
Player
$100.00 for a
Select player
for the
2010-2011
season.
Please see

Registration
Process:
This year,
EYSC is
implementing a
Registration
Drop-In process
for our
Recreational
players. We are
offering four
(4) open
Registration
Sessions
throughout the
months of March,
April, and May.
The Registration
Sessions are
held at
Excelsior School
located at 2701
Eureka Road in
Roseville from
6:00 PM – 9:00
PM on the
following dates:
- Monday
March 15th
- Thursday
April 8th
-
Wednesday
April 21st
-
Thursday,
May 13th
To facilitate
timely,
accurate, and
complete
registrations,
it is important
that all
Recreational
players register
at one of the
above sessions.
EYSC will mail
Registration
reminders in
early March to
all previously
registered EYSC
recreational
players but it
is the
responsibility
of the players
to register at
one of the
sessions. To
guarantee a
place on a team,
your
registration
must be
completed and
received by EYSC
by the end of
May.
All Returning
Players to EYSC
should bring:
- A
completed
and signed
Registration
Form
(provided at
the
Registration
session)
- A 1" x
1" color
“head shot”
photograph
of your
player (no
hats please)
- Cash or
check for
your
registration
fee of
$80/player.
Checks
should be
made out to
EYSC with
the players
name in the
memo line of
the check.
All New
Players to EYSC
should bring:
- A
copy of
their
certified
birth
certificate
for us to
keep.
Hospital and
Baptismal
certificates
will not be
accepted for
new players.
- A
completed
and signed
Registration
Form
(provided at
the
Registration
session)
- A 1" x
1" color

of your
player (no

- Cash or

your
registration

Registrations:
In the event
that you do not
register at one
of the four
Recreational
Sessions and you
Mail-In the
completed
registration
packet
postmarked no
later than May
31, 2010, the
fee will be
$125.00/player.
The packet must
include all of
the items listed
above. A Mail-In
Registration
player will
still be
guaranteed a
place on an EYSC
team if the
completed
registration
packet is
postmarked no
later than May
31st.
Registration
packets that are
received
incomplete, or
postmarked after
May 31st will be
considered a
Stand-By
registration and
will be moved to
a Stand-By List.
A position on a
team will not be
guaranteed for
Stand-By
players. The
Registration
Form can be
printed from the
Registration web
page. All
Mailed-In
Registration
Packets should

Registration
packets that are
incomplete or

placed on a
Stand-by Player
List for
possible
placement on a
team. EYSC will
attempt to place
Stand-By Players
on a team but
the number of
slots will be
limited.
Incomplete and
Stand-By
Registrations
will pay the
increased fee of
$125.00/player.
All players on
the Stand-By
list will be
contacted by the
respective Age
Group
Coordinator
(AGC) as soon as
a placement can
be made.
Additional
Notes on Team
Formation:
In regard to
building
Recreational
teams, EYSC will
attempt to meet
all Registration
Requests in the
following order:
- Returning
players that
Register at
one of the
four
sessions.
- Coaches
request for
up to 4
players.
- Age pure
teams
- Player
requests
- Schools
Please note
that U6 teams
must have an
even amount of
boys and girls
if possible on
each team. EYSC
is not permitted
to have a full
team of boys
only or a full
team of girls
only.
If
you made it to a
Registration
Session and
registered by
the May 31st
deadline, your
forms will be
processed first
and the teams
will be formed
to accommodate
you. All Players
placed on a team
will be
contacted by
your assigned
coach in late
July or early
August. For
players
registered after
May 31st or
those players
with an
incomplete
registration
packet, you will
be notified by
the Age Group
Coordinator for
your age bracket
regarding
placement on a
team. The best
way to ensure
that your
Registration is
complete and you
are guaranteed a
team is to
attend one of
the 4
Registration
Sessions. We
highly encourage
you to register
in person.
Please be
patient while we
take the time to
make your soccer
registration
experience the
best we can.
For
information on
registration or
stand-by
placements, we
ask that you
contact the Age
Group
Coordinator
(AGC) for the
age group of the
player. Your
respective AGC
contact is
provided on the
Recreational web
page. Please
note while the
Registrar is
responsible for
properly
documenting and
maintaining
player and team
information, it
is the AGC that
oversees team
rosters,
placement of
players on a
team, and team
requests.
Specific
questions
relating to team
formations
should always be
directed to your
respective AGC.
Uniforms:
EYSC is
using the same
style uniform as
used during the
2009-2010
season. You may purchase a uniform at

Refunds:
While it is
our intention to
only collect
fees for players
placed on a
team, EYSC does
incur costs
during the
registration
process. There
are specific
county and
league fees that
must be paid on
specific dates.
Based on these
fees, a full and
prorated refund
policy in
utilized by the
Club. The date
of the refund is
based on the
postmarked date
of the request.

refund, complete

located on the
registration
website and mail
it to the
