Here is a list of suggested function to delegate to parents at your team meeting:
- Manager - Communicates schedules to parents
- Treasurer- Manage Team Funds and report to the parents
- Sponsor - Submit sponsor paperwork to the club
- Tournaments - Research available tournaments, handle registration, communication and scheduling
- Registration - Ensure all EYSC Registration paperwork is completed and returned to the club on time
- Web Master - Manage Team Website (post photos, update calendar, optional "news" stories)
- Canopy - Responsible for bringing "pop up" canopy for shade/rain as needed
- Picture Day - Communicate Picture Dates and times to all players
- PCA Parent - Attend Positive Coaching Alliance meeting, be the "sideline" parent who keeps everyone reasonable
- Team Photographer - Take photos at games to post Team website
- Uniform Coordinator - Verify all players have ordered uniforms, pick up at Extreme soccer and deliver to the team
- HABO Representative - Attend HABO tournament meetings, assign Team volunteers (2-3 per team)
- Team Bench / Banner - Responsible for bringing Bench and Banner to all games
- Social Coordinator - Plan and coordinate Team socials
