Parent Meeting Tips

Here is a list of suggested function to delegate to parents at your team meeting:

  • Manager  -    Communicates schedules to parents
  • Treasurer-    Manage Team Funds and report to the parents
  • Sponsor -     Submit sponsor paperwork to the club
  • Tournaments - Research available tournaments, handle registration, communication and scheduling
  • Registration -   Ensure all EYSC Registration paperwork is completed and returned to the club on time
  • Web Master -    Manage Team Website (post photos, update calendar, optional "news" stories)
  • Canopy      -    Responsible for bringing "pop up" canopy for shade/rain as needed
  • Picture Day -  Communicate Picture Dates and times to all players
  • PCA Parent -  Attend Positive Coaching Alliance meeting, be the "sideline" parent who keeps everyone reasonable
  • Team Photographer -  Take photos at games to post Team website
  • Uniform Coordinator -  Verify all players have ordered uniforms, pick up at Extreme soccer and deliver to the team
  • HABO Representative - Attend HABO tournament meetings, assign Team volunteers (2-3 per team)
  • Team Bench / Banner - Responsible for bringing Bench and Banner to all games
  • Social Coordinator  -  Plan and coordinate Team socials
