While it is our intention to only collect fees for players placed on a team, sometimes things happen after registration that may cause players to need a refund. EYSC does incur costs during the registration process that we must consider in our refund policy. We have Placer Youth Soccer League (PYSL) expenses that must be paid after the Registration period and prior to August. Based on these fees, a full or a prorated refund policy is utilized by the Club. The date of the refund is based on the date that the refund request form
is mailed to EYSC.

Complete the information requested and mail it to us at the address below. The postmark on the envelope will help us determine the refund process:
- Full Refund will be processed for any request up to July 15th.
- Partial Refund ($70) will be refunded for requests from July 16-July 31.
- No Refund will be issued for requests after July 31 unless for a valid medical reason or with approval by the EYSC Board.
