EYSC is home to a fantastic program of referee development.   Our program includes a wide range of Referees with varied experience level.  In addition to seasoned Refs, we have a strong program of Referee development for area youth.  See our Ref Pages tab if you are interested in certification as a Referee. 

One aspect of youth sport is developing a respect for the game, which includes the Referee.  Players will recognize the Referee call as the final decision on the field (whether they agree with the decision or not!).  To achieve this understanding and respect, parents of EYSC players must adhere to strong guiding principles of respect toward all Referees in order to set a positive sports model for our players.   Asking questions of a Ref (or screaming them) during a game when emotions can run high is NOT advised or parents..or Coaches.
