2nd Half Strength & Speed
Soccer Camp.
This is a summer camp designed
to improve any soccer players
physical and mental fitness
while improving their 2nd half
performance.
The way this camp works is your
child will be put through a
combination of strength and
speed drills to improve his/hers
quickness and overall strength,
while then having to play soccer
for the last 30 minutes. The
reason for such a camp is that
many children start off the
soccer season not at the
physical fitness level they need
to be at or they get tired
during the 2nd half of the game
and are not able to perform to
their best. We hope to bridge
this gap by making them
physically and mentally stronger
than there opponents.
